Will you help us upload our data and get set up?

Yes. We help with your initial data upload and setup free of charge. Together, we will identify the data needed for the features you choose and help you get your school ready to start.

Is initial training included?

Yes. We provide an initial one-to-one session covering basic setup and how to get started with your chosen features, so you can begin using Gradewing with confidence.

Where can we get help after the initial setup?

The embedded Gradewing Agent is available within the application to answer questions and guide you through using its features as you go.
